We are the only company that works on synthetics in the Netherlands that have a SP3000 laser cutting machine. This machine has a working surface of 2210 x 3210 mm, which means we can work on plate metal in trade length. We do not have to cut the material to a certain size to work on it. This saves money for our clients.
The SP1500 laser machine has a working surface of 1500 x 1250 mm. This machine is for laser cutting, engraving, and marking large synthetic product parts. We use the SP1500 to laser cut synthetic materials up to a thickness of 20 mm.
The Trotec Speedy300 is a laser machine we use to work on very precise parts. In addition to laser cutting, this machine can be used to engrave or mark synthetic product parts. Speedy300 has a working surface of 726 x 423 mm.
The BRM 130250 machine has a working surface of 1300 x 2500 mm. It is mostly used to laser cut technical synthetic materials up to a thickness of 15 mm.
Finally, the R500 Rayjet laser machine with a working surface of 1300 x 900 mm. This machine is unique due to its revolutionary double source technology. A R500 Rayjet has two laser sources: a DC CO2 laser source and a CeramiCore RF CO2 laser source. This helps us work on combined products. This gives design freedom to us and to our clients!
CNC milling machine
At BMTEC we combine laser cutting and milling. Milling chambers into products, chamfers, and tapping screw threads are a thing of the past. After laser-cutting these synthetics, it is possible to finish them with the CNC milling machine.
Bridgeport VMC 1000 XP2
Bridgeport is known for its speed and precision. Milling can be done with extreme precision, up to one hundredth of a millimeter. The machine has a working surface of 1000 x 600 x 600 mm. In addition, the Bridgeport has a tool changer with no less than thirty positions and a 13Kw spindle. (13,000 rpm).
